Salsa
Salsa is one of the most popular if not the most popular latin dance in the world. It originated in Cuba and it was then popularised in New York in the 1960s.
Nowadays there are many styles that are popular in Europe and in Ireland, one of these is New York “On2” style and this is what we teach and focus on at Strictly Salsa.
We have 4 different levels to cater for everyone, and unlinke many other places each class runs in a different room so everyone can learn at a good pace without worrying about what everyone else is doing.
Private Classes
Private classes are a great way to boost your dancing skills.
They’re beneficial to people who feel the need of having first a few 1-1 classes before joining a group, or to someone who is already taking group classes and would like to work specifically on certain areas with a dedicated teacher.
In all cases if you decide to take some private classes we do recommend to also take group classes because while the private class esponentially increases your skills, the group classes are good to improve your Salsa social dance skills and get to dance with different people.
Wedding Dance Choreography
Your First Dance is one of the best memories you will carry for your life. And here at Strictly Salsa we helped many couples put up a simple but fun salsa dance that they can perform at their wedding by themselves or also involve their guests.
